FG Blue Saturation:

Adjusts the saturation of the foregrounds blue channel.  It replaces the blue value with the luminance value.

The Foreground and Background Saturation controls provide a means of acheiving a proper color balance in the image.  A proper color balance between the foreground and background image produces a  more realistic composite.
